Saks OFF 5TH

As part of the Hudson's Bay Company brand portfolio, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH is a world-class destination for top designer brands at extraordinary value. The retailer's stores and e-commerce site combine a modern shopping experience of carefully curated off-the-runway trends. Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH leads the market as the premier luxury-value destination.
I am currently working on weekly editorial and promotional mailers and developing concepts/ logos for events and seasonal campaigns. I have the opportunity to be very creative in terms of layout design while working with the brand guidelines fonts, colors and model shots.
This asset is an example of a promotional email focused on designer brands and elevated women’s outfits. For the layout, I took our branding into consideration and iterated on it using diagonal lines and shapes. I am partial to using colors from the photography in my design, as well as colors related to the season. 
I also recently updated our “Cyber Sunday Super Buys” stamp, which is one of our most recognizable weekly franchises. For the design, I ensured that it is was modern and matched graphic design trends, as well as refined the Saks Off 5TH visual communication support in general.
For the email franchise “The Insider Exclusive”, I developed a distinct branding treatment for the text lockup that aligns with our branding, highlights discount richness, and speaks to the exclusivity of offers for a selection of customers. Design of the “The Insider Exclusive” logo below.
Triggered emails have some of the highest visibility and open rates amongst customers. While designing them, I prioritized consistency and cohesiveness, branding, and hierarchy of information. 
This email is a unique instance as we rarely send multiple communications specifically around one designer. I dove into the archives to ensure that this refresh of a Marc Jacobs email was both consistent with previous emails, but also updated to reflect new design direction and seasonal branding.
